Step 1
Place Arrange IT on your cabinet's shelf.

Step 2
Remove the tray portion of Arrange IT, leaving the smooth gliding rails in place.

Step 3
Secure the rails using a screwdriver and the provided screws.

Step 4
Reinsert the tray into the rails and your ultimate media organizer is ready for use.

FM PLASTICS LIMITED WARRANTY

FM Plastics, Inc. (FMP) provides the following warranty against defects in materials or workmanship of FMP “Arrange It” multimedia organizers under normal use and service during the applicable warranty period.

Under this limited warranty, the Arrange It media tray and metal rails will be covered for a period of 2 years. During this term FMP will replace the part in question at FMP’s option. Replacement will be sent at no cost to the consumer; however, installation and removal will be the responsibility of the consumer. Shipment of the defective parts back to FM Plastics will also be the customer’s responsibility.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

• This warranty does not cover any technical support provided with the covered product or any other FMP products;
• Installation or maintenance of the product, unless this is covered by a separate written agreement with FMP;
• Any products not furnished by FMP which are attached or used with the covered product, or defects or damage from the use of the covered product with equipment that is not covered, such as defects or damage from installing the product into a location other than that recommended by FMP;
• Defects or damage resulting from
  • Misuse, abuse, alteration, modification, neglect, accident or act of God
  • The use of covered products other than in normal and customary manner,
  • Improper installation;
  • Defects or damages from unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification, or where unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification prevents inspection and testing necessary to validate warranty claims;

IMPORTANT: This warranty sets forth the full extent of FMP’s express responsibilities regarding the covered products, and is given in lieu of all other express warranties. What FMP has agreed to do above is your sole and exclusive remedy. No person is authorized to make any other warranty to you on behalf of FMP. Warranties implied by state law, such as implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this limited warranty as it applies to the covered product. Incidental and consequential damages are not recoverable under this warranty; this includes loss of use or time, inconvenience, business interruption, commercial loss, lost profits or savings. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

This warranty is given only to the original purchaser of covered products when acquired for use, not resale. This warranty is not assignable or transferable. To receive warranty service, you MUST deliver or send the defective product, delivery costs and insurance prepaid, within the applicable warranty period, to FM Plastics Inc., Warranty Dept. 9950 Marconi Dr. Suite 103 San Diego, CA 92154. Included with the product must be a detailed description of the nature of the defect. You MUST retain your sales receipt (or other written evidence of the date of purchase) and deliver it along with the product. Replacements are covered for the balance of the original applicable warranty period. All replaced covered products, parts or components become FMP’s property. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty is valid only within the United States, District of Columbia, and Canada.

Returns
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return your Arrange It! media storage system assuming the following:

• The merchandise is in new condition, including original packaging and accessories. We reserve the right to charge restocking fees if any of these materials are missing. Unless you are returning a defective product, you will be responsible for return freight charges.

For refunds to be processed you must call 800-485-6877 and obtain a Return Authorization number. Please have the order number and original purchase information at time of call.

Note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from FM Plastics Inc.

You can also cancel unshipped items. Please call 800-485-6877 to check order status.

*Only the purchase price of the goods will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that return-shipping costs will not be covered unless the return is a result of an error by FM Plastics.
